About the Author
W. Lawrence Wescott II is an electronic discovery consultant. He is also a senior consultant with Kahn Consulting, Inc., a firm specializing in the legal, compliance and policy issues of information technology and information management. He was associated with the firms now known as Saul Ewing LLP in Baltimore and Troutman Sanders LLP in Atlanta. He has been a database project manager for Solucient, LLC, a health care information services company and manager of information systems for Alcore, Inc., a metallic honeycomb core manufacturer. He is an honors graduate of the University of Maryland School of Law where he served on the Maryland Law Review and also received a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia in information systems and operations management. He is a member of the Sedona Conference Working Group 1 on electronic document retention and production.
